By accessing or using Archifi ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Archifi. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your files, photos, documents, or data. You grant us a limited license to store, process (thumbnails, AI classification), and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
You agree not to:
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
You can export all your data at any time through the Settings page. If you cancel a paid subscription, you retain access to your data for 30 days to complete an export. We will never hold your data hostage.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days unless you export it first.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archifi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of important files.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
